Invest in additional plant, machinery and production facilities

• Add more facilities in Heyuan plant to strengthen manufacturing capability
• Consider expanding production facilities to other locations in the PRC to make business even more cost efficient
• Acquire CNC machines, EDM machines, CMM and injection machines to strengthen large and high precision mould making capabilities

Enhance our R&D capabilities

• Employ additional R&D professionals and strengthen core team of engineers and technicians
• Increase ODM/OEM product range focusing on consumer products with electronic, radio control and infra-red parts, and develop higher margin moulds for automobile, medical and consumer products
• Develop an automation system linking mould design, electrode design, electrode making and EDM process control, and a knowledge-based mould design system

Expand sales and marketing network

• Increase number of sales and marketing as well as after-sales personnel
• Participate actively in industry-related exhibitions to raise our corporate profile
• Further penetrate into the Company's existing Hong Kong and Southern China market, as well as enter into new markets in northern and western PRC for our Machine Sales segment

Expand manufacturing facilities for automobile parts

• Strengthen our automobile parts manufacturing capabilities by investing in new equipment and facilities
• Establishing a new facility to focus on such manufacturing activities
