Established since 1992, our business are divided into three strategic business segments, namely:

1. ODM/OEM
   We are a one-stop integrated ODM/OEM manufacturer of plastic and die-cast products. Our ODM/OEM products include premiums, collectibles, toys and consumer products such as razor handles, snow shoes and stationery items.
2. Moulds and Tooling
   We manufacture moulds and tooling for sale to third parties and for in-house use to support our ODM/OEM business. We sell moulds to automobile part manufacturers who are suppliers to Honda, Volvo and General Motors. We also supply industrial moulds to well known brands such as Toshiba, Honeywell, SEB and Whirlpool for their manufacture of consumer and household products.
3. Machine Sales
   We sell machines and tools that are used for mould-making and metal parts processing and these include CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, metrology equipment and metal cutting tools. The brand names we represent include Mori Seki, Yeong Chin, Zeiss, Seco and Accutex.

In the space of 15 years, we expanded our ODM/OEM manufacturing operations and by developing our core competencies, we have vertically integrated our ODM/OEM business segment with our Moulds and Tooling business segment and Machine Sales business segment.

Our established reputation as an ODM/OEM manufacturer is evident in our long-standing relationships with various international companies who have been our customers since 1992. In addition, we believe that we have established a strong reputation for producing high precision moulds and tooling requiring strong technical expertise.

As at 16 March 2008, we have a total of six factories, five owned by the Group and one operated under a processing agreement, with an aggregate built-up area of approximately 105,105.7 sq m and a total workforce of approximately 10,000.

In addition, we have established representative and sales offices for our Moulds and Tooling business in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Japan and the US, as well as for our Machine Sales business in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Shanghai.
