Our production facilities are all located in Guangdong Province, the PRC - five factories in Dongguan and one Processing Factory in Heyuan. Our manufacturing operations are highly integrated, ranging from product design, tool making, injection moulding, die-casting, assembling, to final packaging and delivery, with certified laboratories and system in place to ensure quality. As at 31 December 2009, we have an aggregate factory floor area of 113,116 square metres and a total workforce of 9,000.

For our moulds and tooling production, we use the latest software such as Pro-Engineer™, Catia™ and Mold Flow™ to design our products. We also employ advanced precision machines imported from Taiwan, Japan and Europe so as to achieve the efficiency and accuracy required by our customers.
